Key Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred

Knowledge of III-V semiconductor materials and device fabrication
Experience with MOCVD and semiconductor fabrication processes
Familiarity with semiconductor characterization tools
