Must-have
5+ years project management experience
3+ years technical infrastructure management
MEPSF systems understanding
Value engineering expertise
Local permitting process knowledge
Procore or Clarizen proficiency
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
LEED or AIA certification asset
Energy storage project experience
Building electrification background
Strong stakeholder leadership skills
Decarbonization strategy knowledge
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
5+ years project or construction management experience
3+ years managing MEPSF systems
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA certification considered an asset
