Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years HR experience or Master’s plus 8 years
  • Management experience leading HR teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience in human resources strategy and execution
  • 12 years progressive HR experience in lieu of degree
  • Preferred advanced degree in related field
