Must-have

  • JD from ABA accredited law school
  • Minimum 8 years post-JD experience
  • Member of a state bar
  • Government price reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare laws
  • Experience with 340B program regulations
  • Understanding of anti-kickback statutes
