Job Summary

  • This leadership position involves overseeing regional sales staff and activities, from generating timely sales forecasts to managing the daily operations of the sales team.
  • Manage a team of 7 to 10 staff and develop and manage the annual and forward-looking sales forecast for the Americas region.
  • Gather and analyze current marketplace information on new products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Physical science, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Manufacturers’ representatives and OEM accounts
  • Measurement or instrumentation industry experience
  • Familiarity with hydrocarbon gas monitoring
  • Experience managing direct sales teams and distribution networks
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
