Manage a team of 7 to 10 staff and develop and manage the annual and forward-looking sales forecast for the Americas region.
Gather and analyze current marketplace information on new products, delivery schedules, pricing, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition.

Key Requirements

Experience managing direct sales teams and distribution networks
