Job Summary
Lead real estate asset management efforts across one or more divisions, including execution of enterprise’s brick and mortar capital strategy, lease restructuring, key initiatives, property management and key initiatives that support long-term network strategy and deliver ROIC over time.
Partner with division leadership in the creation and execution of brick & mortar network strategy, including major projects, joint venture developments, fuel centers, remodels, key initiatives, operational closures and divestitures.
