Job Summary
Lead the sales strategy and execution across multiple points of sale, with a strong focus on driving sell-out performance and enhancing the customer experience.
Recruit, evaluate, and develop high-performing teams, including Supervisors and Beauty Advisors (BAs), with the support of Human Resources.
Ensure net and wholesale sales figures meet or exceed budgeted targets and continuously monitor the local market, competition, and new business opportunities.
