Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.
Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
