Job Summary

  • The Executive Director of Engineering and Operations is responsible for the successful management of Engineering and Operations (E&O).
  • This position will be responsible for the leadership, oversight and strategic planning of 4 direct reports and 96 indirect reports.
  • The Engineering & Operations Department is responsible for the proper and sustainable maintenance and operations of various systems for 5M square feet with a combined annual operating budget that exceeds 12M and an annual utility budget of approximately 13M.
