The Senior Operations Support Specialist acts as the First Point of Contact for customers, providing efficient solutions mainly via email and phone in a diverse, international team.
The Dispatch team supports B2B clients and internal partners by managing customer queries, dispatching emails, creating tickets and quotations, and maintaining equipment records.
