Job Summary

  • The NA Trade Operations Risk Lead provides hands‑on operational ownership and tactical oversight for North America risk containment and mitigation processes in support of the GTTO Risk Containment Lead for U.S. import/export executed by Johnson & Johnson.
  • This position is responsible for risk management and post-audit activities, compliance and integrity of Importer of Record (IOR) and Exporter of Record (EOR) responsibilities across the U.S. territory, including Southern Border, while actively managing Risk Trackers, Post Entry Reviews, Customs Bonds, Bond Saturation, bond claims, penalties, and assist with government inquiries/audits.

  • Fluent English required; Spanish preferred
