Job Summary

  • This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, ticketing strategy, advanced product support and operational delivery, providing sporting clients with a single, highly skilled point of contact across all Ticketmaster systems.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of sporting clients, with a strong focus on seasonal ticketing, membership, subscription models and advanced CRM functionality.
  • The Support and Operations team are responsible for the delivery of exceptional ticketing service to clients (Venue & Promoter) through the effective management of client requirements.
