  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend), spending 30% of your time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be involved in hiring, onboarding, and providing continuous feedback to your team, while also guiding their career growth and fostering team dynamics.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic primitives for faster, reliable, and scalable outcomes.
