Job Summary

• The Labs Manager is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including the effective daily leadership and administration of the maintenance department, safely and effectively maintaining machinery and systems, and quickly and professionally responding to the needs of the tenants and the Facility Manager.
• The Operations Manager is also responsible for the preventative maintenance program to ensure that the building’s machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated-up time and life.
