The Sr. Analyst, Compensation will provide high-level analytical support for the development, implementation, and administration of compensation projects and programs for all DaVita businesses.
Responsibilities include identifying key questions, analyzing data, developing recommendations, and producing presentations for leadership, as well as supporting multiple corporate and operating groups.
