Job Summary

• This role serves as the enterprise operational leader for the UC Health (UCH) Cancer Service Line, partnering in a formal dyad with the Cancer Center Director to ensure alignment of clinical, academic, research, and operational priorities.
• The role is accountable for enterprise operational execution across the cancer continuum—including access, capacity, throughput, staffing, capital deployment, financial performance, and patient experience—while supporting operational readiness and infrastructure required to achieve and sustain National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation.
• Accountable for access, throughput, demand–capacity matching, labor productivity, and margin performance across the cancer continuum (prevention through survivorship).
