Base: $180,000 - $247,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance bonus and equity; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
5+ years technical project delivery experience
Python SQL or Scala programming skills
Customer-facing pre-sales or consulting background
Distributed data systems architecture knowledge
Technical program management accountability

Experience resolving escalations with senior executives
Track record of overachievement against sales quotas
Ability to conduct open-ended discovery workshops
Strategic roadmap creation capabilities

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years accountable technical project delivery in Data and AI
Experience with distributed data systems solution architecture
