Job Summary
You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions.
You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.
Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needs.

Key Requirements
8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning
Solid experience in planning, inventory management, distribution planning
Advanced ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle)
Advanced planning systems (SAP APO, OMP, O9)
IBP (Integrated Business Planning), S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Demand Planning, Supply Planning, DRP
Inventory Management and stock level optimization
Advanced Excel and data analysis tools
Licenciatura in Engineering or physical-mathematical sciences
Postgraduate in Supply Chain or Logistics (desirable)
