The position offers the opportunity to build a new 'Transformation Programs & Operations' unit while coordinating cross-portfolio priorities through active stakeholder management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences
Minimum 8-10 years of operations-related experience in pharma
Proven track record in implementing complex programs and process standardization
Demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations with influence-based management
Routine in business case creation for efficiency improvements
