Job Summary

  • The Sales Trainee Representative program is designed to build a strong pipeline of future sales and marketing professionals within the Medical Systems Group by developing recent college graduates.
  • STRs will receive structured development and mentoring from the RVP, Executive Account Manager, and Executive Leadership Program members over an 18-month period.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to advance into a full-time position within our Field Sales Organization or other departments.
