Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of process chemistry experience
  • Strong track record in organic synthesis innovation
  • Experience with synthetic route design for APIs
  • Proven leadership and team mentoring skills

Nice-to-have

  • Expertise in computational chemistry and machine learning
  • Experience with high-throughput experimentation (HTE)
  • Background in bioconjugation and structure-based drug design
  • Ability to collaborate with external academic partners
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements
