Level 3: $100,300 - $135,700; Level 4: $122,400 - $165,600; Level 5: $149,600 - $202,400

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field
  • 3+ years experience with Quality Management Systems
  • 3+ years experience with quality inspection and auditing
  • 3+ years experience with root cause analysis methods
  • 3+ years experience with non-conformance processes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • 5+ years in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing
  • Advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Experience developing new repair standards

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science, or computer science
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • Minimum 3 years of QMS and RCCA experience (4+ for Senior, 5+ for Lead)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
