Candidates will manage complex end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx processes and negotiate Master Service Agreements with a focus on SLAs and KPIs.
The position requires partnering with Legal and Risk teams to ensure jurisdictional compliance and mitigate data privacy risks in third-party engagements.

8-12 years progressive procurement experience
4 years BPO and IT outsourcing focus
Strategic stakeholder management skills
RFx process lifecycle management
MSA and SOW negotiation expertise

Knowledge of RPA and AI market trends
Experience with output-based commercial models
Trusted advisor to GBS leadership
CIPS qualifications preferred
Mature global environment experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Technology or MBA degree
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply qualification preferred
8-12 years total procurement experience required
Minimum 4 years specific BPO/IT outsourcing experience
