Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as monitoring and recording vital signs and intake/output.
This position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves direct resident care in a post-acute setting.
