Job Summary
The Care Advocate acts as a bridge for communication between patients, clinic staff, and appointment center representatives to strengthen the therapeutic alliance.
Employees are eligible for incentive pay, a 401(k) retirement plan with a 5% match, and accrue a minimum of 120 PTO hours per year plus seven paid holidays.
Strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies is required, including the use of N95 respirators and other protective gear as mandated by regulatory bodies.

Salary
Base: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive pay; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 5% match, PTO, tuition reimbursement
