The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident condition promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs, transporting them safely, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
