The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology, be eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, and have strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • On a daily basis, you will review patients’ prescriptions and medication charts for appropriateness of drugs prescribed and perform interventions on drug-related problems
  • Where applicable, you will recommend and monitor patient-specific drug therapy
