Job Summary

• The Head of Data & Insights Engine is accountable for defining, building, and operating the modern data platform and insight engine for USBU & OBU.
• This role establishes the foundational data capabilities that power AI enabled decision intelligence, advanced analytics, and execution support across the business.
• As a key member of the USBU & OBU DD&T leadership team, this role ensures data and insights are delivered reliably, securely, and at scale, aligned to Takeda DD&T strategy and leveraging DD&T scaled delivery models including Takeda’s Innovation and Capability Centers (ICCs).
