Job Summary
You will provide a comprehensive set of business and financial related services during the patient access process on the day the patient arrives at Union Hospital to receive healthcare services.
You will work face-to-face with diverse populations of patients at both the window and bedside, collecting their financial, insurance, medical, and demographic information to check them in, complete their registration, and leave a positive, lasting impression.
A caregiver who excels in this role will perform registration and obtain information about demographics, insurance, medical and financial.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in a customer facing role OR an Associate’s Degree and one year of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic PC software application knowledge
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
