Job Summary
The Director of Transformation & Governance leads a high-performing team to drive strategic transformation initiatives across Shared Business Services (SBS) and as needed help support/guide other functions outside of SBS.
This role is responsible for developing and executing projects that advance SBS’s journey to operational excellence, value creation, and customer satisfaction.
The work for this position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

Salary
Base: $115,000 - $185,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus, long-term incentive program; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements
Eight (8) years of related experience
Seven (7) years of management and leadership experience
Strong experience leading transformational projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
