Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of TM&CL programs with direct oversight of managed service providers to ensure a positive user experience.
Act as a subject matter expert to lead key delivery initiatives including new country implementations and strategic deployments while ensuring 24/7 coverage for employee incidents.
Adhere to strict HSSE policies and participate in crisis situations such as evacuations and locating travelers during emergency incidents.
