PVH is seeking a Senior Specialist in CRM & Membership Operations to enhance its data-driven CRM technology landscape, particularly in support of Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands. The ideal candidate will manage technical projects that improve consumer engagement and CRM capabilities, requiring experience in marketing technology and stakeholder management

Job Summary

  • You are responsible for supporting and enhancing PVH’s data-driven CRM & Membership technology landscape, with a focus on delivering technical projects that elevate relevant data-fueled omnichannel consumer experiences.
  • Act as business owner of the Loyalty Engine (Antavo) and CDP (Nominow), and serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related campaign management tooling.
