Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of manufacturing quality experience
  • Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Experience with statistical process control and FMEA

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for quality prevention and first-time right
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAIs)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Science, or Quality Assurance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance
  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%) to customers
