Key Requirements
Demonstrable experience in digital media planning and buying within sponsorship
Expertise of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk)
Deep knowledge of advertising operations, programmatic, first-party data, advertising technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best practices
Demonstrable experience using Google DV360, Meta Business and Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns
Ability to translate campaign performance data into clear insights and storytelling
