This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Provide speech-language therapy services under CFY supervision, evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
