Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
One (1) year related experience
Six (6) months emergency communications experience
Ability to type at 40 wpm
No felony conviction
No DWI conviction within past 3 years
Must complete ECO Training Program and NM Telecommunicator Academy within one year
Must obtain specific certifications within one year
