The Field Service Engineer is responsible for all field operations in their designated area, including installation, inspection, repair, maintenance, and billing, to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and maximize business growth and profit.
Field engineers will strive to improve their technical skills, including clinical knowledge of their assigned equipment, to support the effective operation of healthcare services in medical institutions, including commercial proposals, and gain customer trust.
They will work together with the assigned sales representative to contribute to share gain through services and build good relationships with partner distributors to develop business rooted in the region as business partners.
