Responsible for the development of reports and analysis of Operations’ metrics to keep track of the team’s performance and understand the reasons behind the trends.
Identifies all required data sets given the information requirements as specified in the business requirements and determines queries to create reports as required.
Analyzes metrics to understand the WHYs behind the trends and take necessary actions to improve them, providing actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings.
