  • The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for existing groups, attending virtual and in-person meetings across Florida to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Candidates will lead renewal discussions, negotiate terms and pricing, and oversee the resolution of escalated issues while collaborating with internal teams.
