Job Summary

• The Director of Procedural & Perioperative Services is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Nantucket Cottage Hospital’s procedural, surgical, and perioperative departments.
• This role focuses on operational stabilization, standardization of practice, regulatory compliance, quality and patient safety, workforce development, and measured service line growth.
• The Director partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Medical Officer, along with nursing, anesthesia, surgeons, proceduralists, and administrative leaders, to ensure high-quality, efficient, and financially responsible perioperative care.
