Base: $120,700 - $234,150 annually (US); Base: $161,700 - $234,150 annually (California); Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and potential equity awards
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years in FP&A or related roles
2-3 years in a leadership capacity
Enterprise SaaS product finance experience
Multi-year annual quarterly topline planning
Financial modeling for new monetization models
End-to-end financial reporting and analytics
Experience with SQL PowerBI or Tableau
Nice-to-have
Management consulting or Investment Banking background
MBA or comparable advanced degree
Ability to challenge the status quo
Strong analytical skills to simplify complex problems
Experience guiding and developing high-performing teams
Self-starter with an inquisitive mind
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years in FP&A
2-3 years leadership experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
