We are seeking a seasoned System Architect with deep expertise in enterprise job scheduling tools such as Control-M and IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scheduling architectures that support complex batch processing environments across hybrid infrastructures.
Your continuous grooming of features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders will ensure the features are delivered with the right quality and within timeline.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT
5 years in job scheduling architecture
Hands-on experience with Control-M, TWS
Strong understanding of JCL, REXX, VSAM, and IBM utilities
Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)
BMC Certified Control-M Administrator or Architect
IBM Certified Scheduler (TWS)
ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
