Job Summary

  • Responds to incoming credit bureau disputes on one product type (Mortgage or Consumer Lending) received from the credit reporting agencies or directly from the customer, while ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Completes routine data entry, system updates and validation to ensure accurate credit reporting in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Understands and adheres to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
