Responsibilities Deliver facial, skincare, and beauty treatments to meet customer needs Assess customers’ skin condition and preferences to recommend appropriate treatments and products Perform basic beauty services including facials, eyebrow shaping, and hair removal with precision Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment Schedule and manage customer appointments and maintain accurate treatment records Explain aftercare procedures clearly to customers to support treatment effectiveness Promote beauty packages and skincare products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Preferred competencies and qualifications Possess relevant beautician certification or equivalent working experience Demonstrate good knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare products Exhibit strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude Maintain a well-groomed appearance and show responsibility in working independently Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts
