Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for translating corporate revenue goals into actionable territory and seller-level targets, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, and Compensation.
  • Lead annual and mid-year global quota planning cycles for the Strategic segment, including hyperscalers, and translate corporate revenue targets into account-, territory-, and seller-level quotas.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional support teams and present planning strategies and outcomes to senior executives.

  • Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel required; Anaplan strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting global, multi-segment sales organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
