Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school diploma or GED required
One year experience in custodial or facilities
Ability to walk 3-5 miles daily
Two-way radio communication skills
Valid driver's license within 30 days

Associate degree or higher preferred
Experience supervising and training staff
OS1 cleaning procedure knowledge
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Leadership development program completion
Key Requirements
