Job Summary

  • Develop a strategy for how to use metrics to drive change, update the suite of metrics for cybersecurity, technology risk, and developer quality, and drive the implementation of those metrics to effect systemic change.
  • Drive improvements to reporting processes, ensure materials meet high standards for clarity and consistency, and oversee coordination and drafting of the quarterly memo to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
