Job Summary

  • Provide onsite IT technical support, including end-user desktop, laptops, and office IT with smart hand support for network and servers.
  • Responsible for new user onboarding, offboarding, executive/VIP support, and coordinating remote hand support for backend teams.
  • Manage most time around BAUs including SLAs, CSAT, response time, resolution time, and maintaining SOPs and Runbooks.
