Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Instructor Pilot experience within RCAF
  • Synthetic training device expertise

  • Level I security clearance eligibility

  • GBTS design and acceptance testing experience
  • Policy and procedure development background
  • Long-term career interest in CAE

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years military flight operations experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Post-secondary education in relevant field
  • Ability to obtain Level I security clearance
