Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the care and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community grounds following the guidelines, policies, and procedures of the community.
Essential duties include maintaining, cleaning, and repairing all equipment and property, addressing daily work orders, and performing general maintenance tasks.
